Infra Red Saunas
We have two brand new infrared saunas. Each is in it's own private room with a shower. You are entitled to 45 minutes of self-indulgence with each session.
Infrared saunas are healthier, more energy efficient and hygienic than traditional steam saunas. Once you have tried one you will never go back to the old steam boxes.

The saunas are two person units but we recommend that only one person at a time uses the sauna so that it is a more pleasurable experience.
Nanaimo Athletic Club members receive preferential rates for the saunas, but they are also open to non-members. Please reserve in advance to avoid disappointment. Prices for 45 minutes start from as low as $8 plus taxes, depending on the package bought.
