DESCRIPTIONS
Spin - Come make electricity and get the best cardio workout with our revolutionary "first on the island" spin bikes. Find your favorite instructor!
Sweat it out - Start the week with a really good sweat
Power Step - High intensity, moderate choreography. Cardio component.
Get Fit - Full body toning workout with warm-up, core dance moves, strength training & stretching.
Hatha Yoga - Beginner yoga posture, breathing exercises and meditation to expand your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, and improve your balance.
Yoga Flow - Movements with breath to create a flowing sequence of hatha poses to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Total Body Ball - Full body workout incorporating stability balls & free weights.
Power Yoga - Movements liked with breath in the ashtanga Primary series to create a sequence of poses that build strength flexibility & balance.
Step Challenge - The ultimate step class. Advanced moves and muscle specific training.
Yoga for Health - Yoga to stretch, strengthen and balance your body
Total Body Tone - Full body workout incorporating stability balls & free weights.
Super Circuit - Strength and conditioning circuit with a variety of equipment.
Basic Step - Basic step for those new to step, a lighter intensity class with easy choreography
People on Weights - Learn the fundamentals of weight training and get a great workout.
Kickboxing - Fitness kickboxing, sparring with gloves and pads. A great workout and fun for all. Co-ed.
Interval Training - An interval-based cardio and strength class that's challenging but still easy to follow.
Yoga - A variety of different yoga styles
Latin Fit - A combination of latin dance and fitness moves. A fun way to burn off excess calories.

Club Orientation - Get to know your club! Small group setting, max 6 people. Conducted by one of our personal trainers. Learn everything from the basics to more advanced. Your chance to have your questions answered. Open to new and existing members. Booking essential!
